The 2023 Chevrolet Malibu is listed with 160 hp and a towing figure of 1000 lb. These are the available figures for this model year; the facts do not specify a different rating by trim or engine, so do not treat them as universal ratings for every configuration.
Read hp as the listed engine power and lb towing as the listed towing capacity. The facts cover only this year and do not describe changes across years, trims, or engines. If your specific vehicle’s rating is not shown here, confirm it on the door jamb or in the owner’s manual.
