I was having trouble with the brakes on my car. It is a 2005 chevrolet malibu. I took the car to midas and had the front brakes replaced in april. I didn't drive the car for about 2 weeks after that. When i got back into town i drove as usual. In the middle of june when i would step hard on the brakes the brake light would come on and the warning bell would go off.
