The drivers seat assembly broke . The seat shifted to the right and down. A weld broke on the seat assembly. This makes the car very unsafe to drive. Is there a recall on this? What do i do about this? Is there anyone i can contact?

This vehicle has a safety design fault where the passenger pressence sensor(pps) defaults causing the airbag light to come on dissabling the whole whole airbag protection system. This car shares the same parts with the 2007 saturn aura whose model has been safety recalled for te pps.
