The car was having interment electrical issues with the turn signals, and radio going off and on. Now, the radio stopped completely, and the turn signals do not function. Using turn signal or power windows the vehicle dies and quickly restarts. All power is lost momentarily. Happens when battery voltage is below 13.5 volts. Loss of power steering almost caused an accident twice. It was not wet out or raining, had been dry for several days so weather does not seem to be triggering the issue.
