Driving 12/18 beltline east bound. Between south town exit and monona drive exit. Debis in road hit by truck lic#dg93483 that came up and hit the right front end passanger side of vechile. Cracked headline and front bumper dented as well as paint all scratched! Called non emergency poile and they told me to fill out this form to report.

On cloudless days when the sun is about 30 degrees or lower in the sky the automatic headlights turn on and the vehicle dims the instrument panel. It is too bright outside to drive without sunglasses and almost impossible to see the dimmed gauges. My other vehicles with automatic headlights do not turn on when it is so bright outside.
