My electric power steering just went out while driving and my anti lock break lights came on, after researching this is a common issue in 09's in very dangerous, there were recalls on this but my vin number is saying my car is not included, i find that hard to believe.

Esc turns off and on by itself while driving. Service power steering light comes on and the wheel is hard to turn i have to kill the car and restart it to get it to start working again. When i press my breaks the car jerks and the esc acvtive light comes on. The passenger side headlight goes in and out by itself i've replaced the bulb but it seems to be a wiring issue.

While the vehicle is in motion the dash will display the traction control service light and the screen will read service traction service esc, the brake lights illuminate when the brake pedal is not pushed and turn off when it is pushed. The cruise control also can not be engaged. The brake switch was replayed however all problems came back 2 weeks later. All these issues have been on going.
